Terms of Service

Effective October 16, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Par mobile app and the Par service (together, "Par"), operated by Primelight IT PH ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using Par, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

1. Par

Par is an AI assistant that runs on your phone and can read apps you choose to connect. Par is in active development: features may change, be added, or be removed.

2. Your account

• Give accurate information and keep your password and devices secure.
• You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us at [email protected] if you think it has been misused.
• You can delete your account at any time in the app.

3. Connected apps

• When you connect an app (for example Gmail, Google Calendar, Slack, Discord, Shopee, Lazada, or TikTok Shop), you authorize Par to read it on your behalf. Connections are read-only: Par doesn't send, post, change, or delete anything in them.
• Connect only accounts, shops, workspaces, and servers you are allowed to use and authorize. Add Par's Discord bot only to servers you manage.
• Your use of each connected app is also subject to that app's own terms.
• You can disconnect an app at any time.

4. AI answers

Par's answers are generated by AI and may be incomplete or wrong. Check important information before relying on it. Par is not a source of professional advice (for example legal, medical, or financial advice).

5. Acceptable use

Don't use Par to break the law or anyone's rights; to harass, spam, or harm others; to access data you aren't authorized to access; or to disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or get around the limits or security of Par or the apps it connects to.

6. Fees

Par is currently free. If we introduce paid features, we'll tell you before you're charged, and you can choose whether to use them.

7. Your content and our rights

Your chats and the data in your connected apps remain yours. Par, its software, design, and brand belong to Primelight IT PH; we give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the app as provided.

8. Suspension and termination

You can stop using Par at any time. We may suspend or end access to Par for violations of these Terms or to protect users or the service.

9. Disclaimers and liability

Par is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits, arising from your use of Par. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the proper courts of the Philippines.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. We'll change the effective date above and, for significant changes, tell you in the app or by email. Continuing to use Par after changes means you accept them.
